Robert L Stewart

Robert L. Stewart, age 92, resided in Nashville, TN, and passed away peacefully with family on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. He was a member of Nashville’s First Church of the Nazarene where he attended throughout his youth and adult life.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Peggy Stewart; and two sons, Barry and Tim Stewart. Also preceded by his parents, 5 siblings and their spouses, and several nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his daughter, Jill Stewart; grandchildren, Adam (Adriel) Stewart, Paige (Cameron) Clark, Jamie (Dicson) Barahona, Chelsea Scott, Sydney (Kevin) Narkiewicz, and Peyton (Nolen) McKay; and great-grandchildren, Charlie, Ender, Cooper, Samuel, Lilly, Nora, Isla, and Ember – who all loved him dearly.

Visitation will be from 9:00AM until 11:00AM on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at West Harpeth Funeral Home located at 6962 Charlotte Pike in Nashville. The Service will begin at 11:00AM in the Chapel at West Harpeth. Interment will immediately follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
