Ruby Kemp

Ruby Lee Kemp of Nashville, TN, passed away on May 29th, 2023, at the age of 83. She born on April 8th, 1940, to Ezell and Liddie Bell Bradford. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, eating delicious food, and going shopping. She was a member of the church of Christ and devoted her life to Jesus.

Ruby is preceded in death by both her parents; Her loving son, Roy Kemp Jr.; And her sister, Irene Crowell.

She leaves behind her daughter, Teresa Kemp; Sister, Betty (Allen) Forrest; Brother, Billy (Becky) Bradford; Granddaughter, Ashley Kemp; And great grandson, Derek Walker.

Visitation will be held at West Harpeth Funeral Home on Monday, June 5th, 2023, from 3pm-8pm and again on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023, from 10am-11am. Service will follow on June 6th, 2023, at 11am. Burial will be at Simpson Cemetery on June 6th, 2023, at 1:30pm following service.
