Russell Allen Myers

Russell Allen Myers, 67 of Nashville, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Born on April 5, 1958, in Chattanooga, Russell graduated from Fort Oglethorpe High School. He went on to pursue an engineering degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga but eventually left to pursue a career with AT&T from which he would retire after 41 years of dedicated service. Russell was proud to have his Scuba Diving Certification. He was a gifted handyman and could figure anything out. Russell was a devoted Tennessee Titans fan and was even a founding season ticket holder. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. He liked gardening and going to the mountains with his wife, Patti, going on outings with his grandchildren, and grilling for his family.

Russell was preceded in death by his parents, and maternal grandparents.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Patti Pope Myers; children, Amber Myers, Kari Madden, and Megan Madden; grandchildren, Ty, Madelyne, Kennidy, Ryder, and Cooper; siblings, Sharon and Jack; and a host of extended family members and beloved friends.
