Shirley Ragsdale, of Pegram, TN, departed this life on Friday October 28, 2016. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Ragsdale; her daughter, Angelia Wilson; her mother, Edna Phillips; and her father, Jimmie Phillips. Shirley is survived by her two children- Earl Wilson and Jessica (Adam) Owens; her two grandchildren- Morgan and Dallas Wilson; and her two great grandchildren- Jaime and Raylynn Coffey. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 1st from 10 am-2 pm with service to follow at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Shirley's wishes were to be cremated so there will be no graveside service.
