Theodore Barone, Jr.

Theodore Richard Barone Jr, 67, of Nashville, TN, formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away on August 5, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn Bean Barone; father, Theodore Richard Barone; and two sisters, Jeanine Buffum (née Barone) and Barbara Barone. He is survived by his two loving daughters, Rosanne and Nicole Barone; sisters, Donna Mason (née Barone), Richele Barone, and Norine Dagliano (née Barone); brother, Dan Barone; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ted Barone was well-known in Nashville as the owner and operator of the successful window treatments business, The Blind Man, since 1984. He loved the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees, and frequently enjoyed watching their games with family. Ted is remembered for his strong work ethic, passion for nature, appreciation of music, and sense of humor, all of which he instilled in the lives of those who loved him. He inspired others to believe in themselves, seize opportunities and take pride in their work. Ted’s passing is a message to all of us to take good care of ourselves and each other, and get outside!

Memorial donations can be made in his honor to the Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail in Ashland City, TN, his favorite place to visit in the Nashville area.
