Tiffanie Hand

Tiffanie Michelle Snider Hand, age 41 of Pegram, TN passed away July 14th, 2020. A loving wife and best friend to husband Jeff Hand, a sweet supportive and caring mother, daughter, sister and friend is how Tiffanie will always be remembered. She was an avid Patriots fan, a prankster at heart and had a love for Halloween. Tiffanie was dedicated to her work at Senior Solutions and loved her work family and the patients there. Tiffanie had the biggest heart with a love for everyone and was always there when you needed her.

Preceded in death by her grandparents Elmer and Roni Snider, Albert and Donna Scott, and Flossie England, Tiffanie is survived by her husband Jeff Hand; daughters Aubrey Michelle Hand, Bailey Kristine Hand, Julia Alejandra Esparza-Mendoza; son Noah Sage Hand; parents Kevin and Denise Snider; grandmother Katherine Birdwell; sisters Sabrina Snider, Heather Korando (Nick); brother Kevin Snider (Megan); a host of nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Jackie Hutcherson (David); father-in-law Jeff Hand, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Jamie Adams (Ricky).

Visitation for Tiffanie Hand will be held on Monday July 20, 2020 from 10am-2pm with chapel services officiated by Pastor Mike Shelton to begin at 2:00pm all at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6269 Charlotte Pike, Nashville.

Interment will follow with a procession to Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville.

Honored to serve as pall bearers are Blake Green, Kevin Snider, Nick Korando, Ricky Smith, Ricky Adams, Steve Murray, and Bobby Jordan.
