Willis Buttrey- 66 years of age went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 26, 2016.

Preceded in death by his wife and best friend of 43 years, Georgia " Kathy" Buttrey; parents, Ellis and Bertha Buttrey; brother, Darrell Buttrey; sister, Sandra Buttrey, grandson Bradford "Alan" Sartain, Jr; brother-in-laws, Tommy, David,and Vernon Rowland, Bud Carden; sister-in-law, Janie Carden and his side kick / dog Scrappy.

Survived by children, Wilma (Kenny) Sartain, Willis (Kim) Buttrey, Henry Buttrey, grandkids, Jessie (Jaye) Ivy, Erin Buttrey, Harley Sartain, Will Buttrey, Keri Scholl, Kassie and Jonathan Buttrey, Mike (Kaitlan) Brock, Amber (Mitchell) Ryan, great grandkids, Wyatt, Ivy, Chloe, Brock, Wyatt and Duke Ryan; brother, William and James Buttrey; a host of special nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 29 from 10:00am until the Celebration of Life at 1:00pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
