Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents; son, James A. Cook; and her daughter, Gwen Callis. She leaves behind her memory in her son, Roy Cook; grandchildren, Sean (Lori) Quarles, Brian (Velvet) Quarles, Heather West; great-grandchildren, Darienne Grantham, Jared Hoover, Josh (Kaysi) Quarles, Drew Quarles, Cody Quarles, and Alisha Crow.
Burial will be on Monday, December 19th, 2022, at 2:00pm located at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens.
