Dorothy Lynch

Dorothy “Dot” Lynch, age 90, of Nashville, TN passed away April 9, 2022.  Mrs. Lynch was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church and worked as an LPN in Nashville’s local hospitals.  She took pride in being a teacher’s assistant at Cohn Adult Learning Center.  Mrs. Lynch was an avid shopper and loved the QVC network; but her greatest love was for her grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Lynch is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Bernice Ragan, husband, Calvin C. Lynch, brother, Perry Ragan, 1 grandson and 2 great grandsons.  She is survived by her children Cheryl (Glen) Jones, Cindy (Tony) Shelton, Kim (Phillip) Roberts, Karen (Terry) Thompson; 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren, and sister-in-law, Marjorie Ragan.

The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN from the hours of 4:00 to 8:00 PM, and Friday, April 15, from 12:00 PM until service time at 1:00 PM.  Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
