Jackie Bess

Jackie Ray Bess, 58, of Nashville, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021. He was born on August 5, 1963 in Nashville and attended Cohn High School. He loved to go fishing and build things. He loved his Tennessee Titans and spending time with his grandson, Muhamed Alidani.

Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, William and Myrtle Bess, siblings, Clarence Bess, Steven Bess, Sandra Bess, Robert Bess, Shirley King, Melvin Bess, Butch Bess, Gene Bess, and Susie Bess.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Brandi Bess; son-in-law, Faris Alidani; ex-wife, Cindy Hagewood; mother-in-law, Emma Hagewood; grandson, Muhamed Alidani; siblings, Carolyn Elaine Bess, Anita Mittelstrasser, Larry Bess, Jamie Bess, and Kathy Helfin, and mother, Rosie Yates.

Visitation will be from 12:00PM until 2:00PM on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at West Harpeth Funeral Home located at 6962 Charlotte Pike in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:00PM with burial to follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
