Mary Sigler

Mary M. Sigler of Nashville, TN passed away on March 17th, 2022, at the age of 79. She was born on January 16th, 1943, in Winchester, TN to Auburn and Christine Maurer. Throughout her life, she enjoyed painting, swimming, running, biking, basketball, photography, gardening, bird watching, and riding on her Harley with her husband Charlie. She graduated from Franklin County High School and attended business college in Nashville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; her brothers, Tommy and Eddie; and her parents, Auburn and Christine.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Chuck; her daughter Renée; her grandchildren, Eli, Walker, and Charlie; and her sisters, Nadine and Lucy.

Her spouse, Charles D. Sigler, Sr. and Mary were married for 50 years prior to his passing.

Her children are Chuck Sigler and Renée Sigler

Her parents are Auburn and Christine Maurer.

Her siblings are Nadine Henshaw, Lucy Cook, Tommy Maurer, and Eddie Maurer.

Her grandchildren are Eli Sigler, Walker Sigler, and Charlie Sigler.

Mary was a generous and loyal mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who had a generous, loving heart and a courageous spirit. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Services will take place on Wednesday, March 23, at West Harpeth Funeral Home at 6962 Charlotte Pike in Nashville, TN. Visitation is at 10am, followed by an informal service in the chapel at noon. The graveside will take place at 2pm at Harpeth Hills at 9090 Hwy 100 In Nashville, TN.
